Marion’s approach is based on the belief that the body has the ability to heal itself, given the right conditions. In reflexology, gentle pressure is applied to, and stimulates, reflex zones on feet, hands or the face. This opens up nerve pathways, sending messages to related organs and stimulating the body’s own healing mechanisms. Reflexology therefore creates the baseline from which the body can begin to restore balance, health and wellbeing.
