Rebecca is a fully qualified UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) Registered Psychotherapist. She completed four years of training in Relational Integrative Psychotherapy at a UKCP-accredited institute. She works and abides by UKCP guidelines and holds UKCP Registration.

Rebecca aims to bring trust and warmth to the therapeutic relationship. Her approach is completely non-judgement and confidential. The space and time are yours to explore and reflect on what you choose.

As a relational therapist, she aims to emphasise and bring into awareness relational patterns which may exist and be impacting your emotional wellbeing. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all, and as an Integrative therapist Rebecca draws upon different models of psychotherapy, adjusting them to your needs.

Rebecca has experience of working with both men and women, of a range of ages. She has therapeutic experience from a placement within the NHS, voluntary organisations, and her established private Psychotherapy practice.

She offers a free initial 20-minute consultation via the telephone or video call, as an opportunity for you to discuss what you’d like from psychotherapy and to establish whether there is a good fit between yourselves.
